  腾达试验仪器厂:


  沥青运动粘度计是**检测仪器,适用于真空减压毛细管粘度计测定粘稠石油沥青的动力粘度。非经注明,试验温度为60℃,真空度为40kPa。根据中华人民共和国行业标准T0619《沥青运动粘度试验(毛细管法)》所规定的要求设计制造的,使用于按T0619标准所规定的要求测定沥青试样在规定温度下的运动粘度。本仪器的实验结果符合中华人民共和国交通部JTJ052《公路工程沥青混合料试验规程》的要求。


  Asphalt kinematic viscometer is a testing instrument suitable for measuring the dynamic viscosity of viscous petroleum asphalt with a vacuum decompression capillary viscometer.Unless otherwise specified,the test temperature is 60°C and the vacuum is 40kPa.Designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the People’s Republic of China industry standard T0619"Asphalt Kinematic Viscosity Test(Capillary Method)",it is used to determine the kinematic viscosity of asphalt samples at a specified temperature according to the requirements specified in the T0619 standard.The experimental results of this instrument conform to the requirements of JTJ052"Asphalt Mixture Test Rules for Highway Engineering"of the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China.


  沥青运动粘度计结构及电路原理:


  仪器由毛细管粘度计、水银温度计、电动搅拌装置,电加热装置、温控仪、双层恒温浴和照明灯等组成。


  Structure and circuit principle of asphalt kinematic viscometer:


  The instrument consists of a capillary viscometer,a mercury thermometer,an electric stirring device,an electric heating device,a temperature controller,a double-layer thermostatic bath,and a lighting lamp.

  Asphalt kinematic viscometer features:

  沥青运动粘度计仪具与材料:


  ★真空减压毛细管粘度计:一组3支毛细管,式毛细管的形状见图1,型号和尺寸见表1。


  ★温度计:50℃~100℃,分度为0.1℃.


  ★恒温水槽:硬玻璃制,其高度需使粘度计置入时,A高一条时间标线在液面下至少为20mm,内设有加热和温度自动控制器,能使水温保持在试验温度0.1℃,并有搅拌器及夹持设备。水槽中不同位置的温度差不得大于0.1℃。保温装置的控温精密度宜达到0.1℃。


  ★真空减压系统:真空度达到40kPammHg±66.5Pa(300mmHg±0.5mmHg)的压力,全部装置简要示意图如图2,各连接处不得漏气,以保证密闭,在开启毛细管减压阀进行测定时,不产生负压降低。在开口端连接真空泵抽真空。


  ★秒表:2个,分度0.1s,总量程15min的误差不大于±0.05%。


  Asphalt kinematic viscometer instruments and materials:


  ★Vacuum decompression capillary viscometer:a set of 3 capillaries.The shape of the capillary is shown in Figure 1,and the model and size are shown in Table 1.


  ★Thermometer:50℃~100℃,the division is 0.1℃.


  ★Constant temperature water tank:made of hard glass,when the height needs to be placed in the viscometer,a time mark of A is at least 20mm below the liquid level,and there is an automatic controller for heating and temperature,which can keep the water temperature at the test temperature of 0.1℃,with agitator and clamping equipment.The temperature difference between different positions in the water tank shall not be greater than 0.1℃.The temperature control precision of the insulation device should reach 0.1℃.


  ★Vacuum decompression system:The vacuum degree reaches a pressure of 40kPammHg±66.5Pa(300mmHg±0.5mmHg).The schematic diagram of all the devices is shown in Figure 2.There should be no air leakage at each connection to ensure tightness.No negative pressure drop occurs.Connect a vacuum pump at the open end to evacuate.


  ★Stopwatches:2,0.1s division,the error of the total range 15min is not more than±0.05%.


  沥青运动粘度计操作步骤:


  ★估计试样的粘度,根据试样流经规定体积的时间在60s以上,来选择真空毛细管粘度计的型号。


  ★将真空毛细管粘度计用三氯乙烯等溶剂洗涤干净。如粘度计有油污,可用洗液、蒸馏水等仔细洗涤。洗涤后置烘箱中烘干或用通过棉花的热空气吹干。


  ★按本规程T0602准备沥青试样,将脱水过筛的试样仔细加热至充分流动状态。在加热时,予以适当搅拌,以保证加热均匀。然后将试样倾入另一个便于灌入毛细管的小盛样器中,数量均为50ml,并用盖盖好。


  ★将水槽加热,并调节恒温在60℃±0.1℃范围之内,温度计应预先校验。


  ★将选用的真空毛细管粘度计和试样置烘箱(135℃±5℃)中加热30min。


  ★从烘箱中取出3只毛细管粘度计,在室温条件下冷你却2min后,安装在保持试验温度的恒温水槽中,其位置应使I标线在水槽液面以下至少为20mm.。自烘箱中取出粘度计,至装好放入恒温水槽。


  Asphalt kinematic viscometer operation steps:


  ★Evaluate the viscosity of the sample,and choose the type of vacuum capillary viscometer according to the time that the sample flows through the specified volume for more than 60s.


  ★Wash the vacuum capillary viscometer with trichloroethylene and other solvents.If the viscometer has oil stains,it can be washed carefully with lotion,distilled water,etc.After washing,dry in an oven or blow dry with hot air passing through cotton.


  ★Prepare the asphalt sample according to T0602 of this regulation,carefully heat the dehydrated and sieved sample to a fully flowing state.When heating,it should be properly stirred to ensure uniform heating.Then pour the sample into another small sample holder,which is easy to fill into the capillary,the amount is 50ml,and cover it with a cap.


  ★Heat the water tank and adjust the constant temperature within the range of 60℃±0.1℃.The thermometer should be calibrated in advance.


  ★The selected vacuum capillary viscometer and sample are heated in an oven(135℃±5℃)for 30min.


  ★Take out 3 capillary viscometers from the oven,and after cooling for 2 minutes at room temperature,install them in a constant temperature water tank to maintain the test temperature.The position of the I mark should be at least 20mm below the water level of the water tank.Take out the viscometer from the oven,put it into the thermostatic water tank after it is installed.


  沥青运动粘度计安装:


  1.打开包装箱,清点备品备件,注意玻璃器皿,尤其是毛细管粘度计要轻取轻放,不要硬扳或硬塞以免损坏。


  2.在胶木上盖的挂钩上扣好垂球,调节机箱底角螺丝使缸壁与垂线平行为止。


  3.将温度计,传感器插入缸盖相应的孔中。


  4.再将机箱后面与缸盖的八芯插头座对接,传感器的三芯插头与机箱的三芯插座对接,四芯电源线与四芯航空插座对接。


  SYD-265E asphalt kinematic viscometer installation:


  1.Open the packing box and count the spare parts.Pay attention to the glassware,especially the capillary viscometer.Handle it gently.Do not pull or plug it hard to avoid damage.


  2.Fasten the vertical ball on the hook of the bakelite cover,and adjust the bottom corner screw of the chassis so that the cylinder wall is parallel to the vertical line.


  3.Insert the thermometer and sensor into the corresponding holes in the cylinder head.


  4.Then connect the back of the case to the eight-pin plug socket of the cylinder head,the three-pin plug of the sensor to the three-pin socket of the case,and the four-pin power cord to the four-pin aviation socket.


  沥青运动粘度计注意事项:


  1.仪器无单独设置搅拌开关,打开控温开关,搅拌器同时开始工作。


  2.毛细管粘度计的垂直状态可通过夹持器上的三个小螺丝钉进行调整。


  3.温度计安装时务必使水银球的位置接近毛细管粘度计的中点的水平面。


  4.实验环境改变或浴液更换时,需要重新自整定一次PID参数.


  Note for asphalt kinematic viscometer:


  1.The instrument does not have a separate stirring switch.When the temperature control switch is turned on,the stirrer starts to work at the same time.


  2.The vertical state of the capillary viscometer can be adjusted by three small screws on the holder.


  3.When installing the thermometer,make sure that the position of the mercury ball is close to the horizontal plane of the midpoint of the capillary viscometer.


  4.When the experimental environment is changed or the bath liquid is changed,the PID parameters need to be self-tuned again.
