  防水卷材抗穿孔性仪使用方法:


  ★使用前检查定位标是否对零线,将垫板,垫块放在底座上,放下重锤,观察定位标上刻度是否与金属导管上零线重合,有偏差时可调节定位标两个螺钉。


  ★把重锤调节到规定的落差高度300mm,并用控制器螺钉紧固,将按GB12952--91标准中5.2条截取的E试样自由地铺在垫板上,把备妥的试样放置在仪器的底座中部,按压控制螺钉,重锤即自由下落,撞击于试样的冲头,冲头将冲击力传给试样。


  ★把重锤提起,重锤上的挂钩自动备控制器挂住,用手抬起冲头,取出试样,检查试样是否穿孔,试验三块试样。


  ★无明显穿孔时,采用按所示装置对试样进行水密性试验,将圆形玻璃管垂直放在试样穿孔试验点的中间,用密封膏封玻璃管与试样间的缝隙,将试样置于滤纸(150mmX150mm)上,滤纸由玻璃支撑,把染色水溶液加入玻璃管中,静置16小时后检查滤纸,如果渗透现象表明试样已穿孔。


  How to use the waterproof membrane anti-perforation instrument:


  ★Check whether the positioning mark is aligned with the zero line before use.Place the pad and block on the base,lower the weight,and observe whether the scale on the positioning mark coincides with the zero line on the metal conduit.If there is a deviation,adjust the two screws of the positioning mark..


  ★Adjust the weight to the prescribed drop height of 300mm,and fasten it with the controller screws.Spread the E sample intercepted in accordance with Article 5.2 of the GB12952-91 standard on the pad freely,and place the prepared sample in the instrument.In the middle of the base,press the control screw,and the weight will fall freely and hit the punch of the sample,and the punch will transmit the impact force to the sample.


  ★Lift the weight,and the hook on the weight will automatically hold the controller.Lift the punch with your hand,remove the sample,check whether the sample is perforated,and test three samples.


  ★When there is no obvious perforation,use the device shown to perform a water tightness test on the sample.Place the round glass tube vertically in the middle of the perforation test point of the sample.Seal the gap between the glass tube and the sample with a sealing paste.The sample is placed on a filter paper(150mm×150mm),the filter paper is supported by glass,the dyeing aqueous solution is added to the glass tube,and the filter paper is checked after standing for 16 hours.If the phenomenon of penetration indicates that the sample has perforated.


  防水卷材抗穿孔性仪工作原理:


  用控制器组件将重锤提起,固定在所要求的高度上,其高度由定位标上可读出,按压控制螺钉,则控制器弹簧被压缩,控制器滑块的圆孔与控制器上盖及控制器下底的圆孔对正挂钩,此时重锤下落,撞击冲杆向下作用在试样板上,提升重锤、冲杆,取出试样板,以观察试样的抗穿孔性。
