  陶瓷吸水率测定仪按照Q/JYY005—2003《CXK型陶瓷真空吸水率真空装置》,符合GB/T3810.3—2006《陶瓷砖试验方法—第3部分:吸水率、显气孔率、表观相对密度和容重的测定》、ISO10545-3:1995《陶瓷砖—第3部分:吸水率、显气孔率、表观相对密度和容重的测定》、TOCT13449—82等试验方法中真空法对试验设备的要求。陶瓷吸水率测定仪采用不锈钢真空室,真空度实现自动控制,给排水为手动控制,具有操作简便、试验准确等特点。该真空装置适用于建筑卫生陶瓷及其它材料吸水率测定的试验。


  The ceramic water absorption rate tester is in accordance with Q/JYY005-2003"CXK type ceramic vacuum water absorption vacuum device",in line with GB/T3810.3-2006"Ceramic tile test method-Part 3:Water absorption,apparent porosity,apparent relative Determination of Density and Bulk Density",ISO10545-3:1995"Ceramic Tiles—Part 3:Determination of Water Absorption,Apparent Porosity,Apparent Relative Density and Bulk Density",TOCT13449-82 and other test methods in the vacuum method on the test equipment Claim.The ceramic water absorption rate tester adopts a stainless steel vacuum chamber,the vacuum degree is automatically controlled,and the water supply and drainage is manually controlled.It has the characteristics of simple operation and accurate testing.The vacuum device is suitable for testing the water absorption rate of building sanitary ceramics and other materials.


  陶瓷吸水率测定仪技术参数:


  ◆系统真空度能在≥0.095MPa范围连续可调。


  ◆系统达到10kPa真空度所用的抽气时间不大于10min。


  ◆试样的大尺寸为200×200(mm)


  ◆设备外形尺寸:800×750×1200(mm)


  Technical parameters of ceramic water absorption tester:


  ◆The vacuum degree of the system can be continuously adjusted in the range of≥0.095MPa.


  ◆The pumping time for the system to reach a vacuum of 10kPa is not more than 10min.


  ◆The large size of the sample is 200×200(mm)

  陶瓷吸水率测定仪试验方法:


  ◆真空装置由真空系统,给排水系统,真空度自动控制系统,控制按钮及机箱组成。


  ◆真空系统包括真空压力控制表、真空容器、真空泵、电磁真空阀、压力变送器、进气阀及管道组成。


  ◆给排水系统由进水阀、排水阀、储水器及水管组成。


  ◆真空度控制系统由泵体真空压力控制表、真空泵、压力变送器、主电源开关及电磁阀组成。


  ◆关闭注水阀以及设备左下方的排水阀(真空容器排水阀,‚真空泵储水器排水阀)。


  ◆打开真空容器上盖,将支架放置容器内,将称重好后的试样放在支架上,注意要确保试样表面无油污和灰尘。


  ◆向容器中注入蒸馏水,水位以超过试样125px为宜,盖上容器盖,紧固螺丝,确保密封完全。


  ◆打开设备侧门向真空泵储水器倒入蒸馏水,水量为储水器容积的90%。


  ◆做好上述事项,按红色按钮启动真空泵,待压力达到要求后,按绿色按钮开始计时。


  ◆试验时间达到后,关闭电源,打开注水阀,待压力表指针归零,打开上盖,取出试样擦干称重记录数据。


  Test method of ceramic water absorption tester:


  ◆The vacuum device is composed of vacuum system,water supply and drainage system,vacuum degree automatic control system,control buttons and cabinet.


  ◆The vacuum system includes a vacuum pressure control gauge,a vacuum container,a vacuum pump,an electromagnetic vacuum valve,a pressure transmitter,an air inlet valve and a pipeline.


  ◆The water supply and drainage system consists of water inlet valve,drain valve,water reservoir and water pipe.


  ◆Vacuum degree control system consists of pump body vacuum pressure control gauge,vacuum pump,pressure transmitter,main power switch and solenoid valve.


  ◆Close the water injection valve and the drain valve(vacuum container drain valve,‚vacuum pump reservoir drain valve)at the bottom left of the equipment.


  ◆Open the upper cover of the vacuum container,place the holder in the container,and place the weighed sample on the holder.Take care to ensure that the sample surface is free of oil and dust.


  ◆Pour distilled water into the container.The water level should be more than 125px of the sample.Close the container lid and tighten the screws to ensure a complete seal.


  ◆Open the side door of the equipment and pour distilled water into the vacuum pump reservoir.The water volume is 90%of the volume of the reservoir.


  ◆After completing the above items,press the red button to start the vacuum pump,and when the pressure reaches the requirement,press the green button to start timing.


  ◆After the test time is up,turn off the power,open the water injection valve,wait for the pointer of the pressure gauge to return to zero,open the upper cover,take out the sample,wipe dry,weigh and record the data.


  陶瓷吸水率测定仪注意事项:


  ◆真空容器内保持干净清洁,不有积水和灰尘。


  ◆定期检查真空泵,注意真空泵的使用说明。

  ◆Keep the vacuum container clean and free of water and dust.


  ◆Check the vacuum pump regularly and pay attention to the instructions for use of the vacuum pump.
