  一、产品简介:


  斯托默粘度计是检测仪器,用于测定油漆和其它用KU值标示涂料粘度的测试仪器。斯托默粘度计是改进型产品,采用微电脑控制,用液晶屏同时显示被测样品的载荷克数、KU值、CP值以及室温。

  三、使用方法:


  ♦测定环境:23°C±0.2°C


  ♦将仪器从盒内取出置于工作台边,使砝码支架能顺利向下滑落到地面。


  ♦插上电源插头,开启后盖右下端电源开关。四位显示器上数字即显示为零。同时转速指示灯亮,该仪器处于检测转速工作状态。


  ♦将被测样品充分搅匀放入容器内,使液面离容器口约19mm然后放到容器支架上,将转子浸入液体中,使液面刚好达到转子轴上的标记处。然后拧紧锁紧螺钉。


  ♦在仪器砝码支架放上砝码,松开刹紧把手,转子即开始旋转,同时计数器开始在面板上显示转子每分钟的转速。转速如低于200转/分时,则应增加砝码重量,超过则减少砝码重量。此步骤应重复几次使转子转速稳定在200转/分,此时砝码总重(包括支架30g)为恒定负荷。


  ♦按置数键及移位键,输入200转/分时所加的砝码总量(g)与显示的数字一致。然后在按置换键,此时KU值的指示灯亮,显示器上显示的数字即为所测样品的KU值。(注:移位指示点不能误认为小数点)。


  Third,use method:


  ♦Measurement environment:23°C±0.2°C


  ♦Take the instrument out of the box and place it beside the workbench,so that the weight bracket can slide down to the ground smoothly.


  ♦Plug in the power plug and turn on the power switch at the bottom right of the back cover.The number on the four-digit display is zero.At the same time,the speed indicator is on,and the instrument is in the state of detecting the speed.


  ♦Thoroughly mix the measured sample into the container,make the liquid surface about 19mm away from the mouth of the container,then place it on the container holder,immerse the rotor in the liquid so that the liquid surface just reaches the mark on the rotor shaft.Then tighten the locking screws.


  ♦Put a weight on the instrument weight support,release the brake handle,the rotor will start to rotate,and at the same time,the counter will display the speed of the rotor per minute on the panel.If the speed is less than 200 rpm,the weight of the weight should be increased,and if it is exceeded,the weight of the weight should be reduced.This step should be repeated several times to stabilize the rotor speed at 200 rpm.At this time,the total weight(including the bracket 30g)is a constant load.


  ♦Press the setting key and shift key,input the total weight(g)added at 200 rpm and the displayed number.Then press the replacement key,at this time the indicator of the KU value is on,and the number displayed on the display is the KU value of the measured sample.(Note:the shift indicator cannot be mistaken for a decimal point).


  四、工作原理:


  ♦微电脑控制。搅拌桨叶由特种恒转速马达带动以200r/min的速度转动,搅拌桨叶在被测样品中旋转受到的阻力矩由电脑转换以KU值(克雷布斯Krebs)单位(KU)产生200 r/min转速所需的负荷的一种对数函数,一般用来标示用于刷涂和滚涂的粘度。


  ♦对数据进行了计权运算和相关处理,自动删除偏离中间区域的数据,提高了仪器测量重复性的参数。操作者只需将搅拌桨叶浸入被测样品到规定的深度,即可从本仪器上直接读取改样品的KU值和与之相关联的负荷值。


  Fourth,the working principle:


  ♦Microcomputer control.The stirring blade is driven by a special constant speed motor to rotate at a speed of 200r/min.The resistance torque received by the stirring blade in the measured sample is converted by the computer to produce 200 r in KU(Krebs)units(KU)/min is a logarithmic function of the load required at the speed and is generally used to indicate the viscosity for brushing and roller coating.


  ♦Weighted calculation and related processing were performed on the data,and the data deviating from the middle area was automatically deleted,which improved the repeatability of the instrument.The operator only needs to immerse the stirring blade in the sample to the specified depth,and can directly read the sample's KU value and the associated load value from the instrument.
