  涂层打磨性试验机是检测仪器,用于测定建筑物内墙、顶棚等室内腻子的打磨性。该仪器结构合理可靠,操作简单,自动计数,整机重复性好。


  Coating abrasiveness testing machine is a testing instrument for measuring the abrasiveness of indoor putty such as interior walls and ceilings of buildings.The instrument has a reasonable and reliable structure,simple operation,automatic counting and good repeatability.


  涂层打磨性试验机根据JC/T3049-1998(建筑室内用腻子)标准中对打磨性实验的要求设计制造的。


  The coating sanding tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the sanding test in the standard of JC/T3049-1998(putty for building interior).


  涂层打磨性试验机工作原理:将贴有砂纸的试块在试板的涂层表面作直线往复运动。打磨至产品规定的次数后,观察砂纸上沾有的腻子粉末的面积,以判断涂层的打磨性。


  The working principle of the coating sanding tester:the test block with sandpaper is made to reciprocate linearly on the coating surface of the test plate.After grinding to the specified number of times,observe the area of putty powder on the sandpaper to determine the abrasiveness of the coating.

  涂层打磨性试验机操作规程:


  ★将试板水平固定在打磨机的试验台板上,涂层面朝上,在工作中试板不得串动。


  ★将横臂上的元宝螺母旋下,将横臂及打磨块部件卸下,转动打磨块部件上的转轴和螺母,将(120)回(0号)干砂磨纸(190*90用户自备)贴于打磨块上将横臂部件重新装回打磨性试验机上,让打磨块置于试板的腻子涂层上,使打磨性部件在横臂中上下活动自如,重量完全落在试板上。


  ★接通电源。按标准要求设定打磨次数,打开电源开关,按动置数开关,使计数显示设定值。然后按动启动电源,仪器将开始工作(若打开电源后,有数值显示,请按复位开关)。


  ★计数显示器开始自动计数,由设定值减至为零数时,仪器自动停止工作,实验完毕。若想途中停机,按动暂停开关即停。


  ★按动复位开关,取出试板,观察判断实验结果。


  试验结束后,小心取下横臂及打磨块部件,目测打磨砂纸上沾有的打磨粉末为砂纸面积的20%—80%为合格。


  Coating sanding test machine operating procedures:


  ★Fix the test plate horizontally on the test bench of the sander with the coating side facing up.The test plate must not be moved in series during work.


  ★Unscrew the ingot nut on the cross arm,remove the cross arm and the grinding block part,turn the shaft and nut on the grinding block part,and return(120)back to(No.0)dry sanding paper(190*90 user self Note:Put it on the grinding block and put the cross-arm part back on the grinding tester.Put the grinding block on the putty coating of the test plate,so that the abrasive part can move up and down freely in the cross arm,and the weight completely falls on the test plate.on.


  ★Turn on the power.Set the number of polishing times according to standard requirements,turn on the power switch,and press the setting switch to make the count display the set value.Then press to turn on the power,and the instrument will start to work(if the numerical value is displayed after turning on the power,press the reset switch).


  ★The counting display starts counting automatically.When the set value is reduced to zero,the instrument automatically stops working and the experiment is complete.If you want to stop on the way,press the pause switch to stop.


  ★Press the reset switch,remove the test plate,and observe and judge the experimental results.


  After the test,carefully remove the cross arm and the sanding block components,and visually observe that the sanding powder on the sanding paper is 20%to 80%of the area of the sandpaper.

  该仪器主要由打磨块及夹具、滑动架、实验台板、电动机、电源开关、计数器等部件构成。


  Coating grinding tester structure:


  The instrument is mainly composed of a grinding block and a fixture,a sliding frame,an experimental table,a motor,a power switch,a counter and other components.


  涂层打磨性试验机注意事项:


  1.仪器在工作时,计数器不得随意设定。


  2.仪器的放置应以水平为准后方可作试验。


  3.每次试验需要置换砂纸。


  4.一起使用较长时间后,应将仪器拆开,向变速箱内注入20#机油。再两导杠的泊孔中亦应注入机油,但不应过量


  Precautions for coating abrasive tester:


  1.The counter must not be set arbitrarily while the instrument is working.


  2.The instrument should be placed on the level before testing.


  3.Replace sandpaper for each test.


  4.After using together for a long time,the instrument should be disassembled and 20#engine oil should be injected into the gearbox.Oil should also be injected into the mooring holes of the two guide bars,but should not be excessive.
