  阿布森法沥青回收仪是用在是利用旋转蒸发器法从石油沥青混合料中回收沥青,对沥青路面或沥青混合料用溶液抽提,再将抽提液中的溶剂去掉,且在操作过程中不改变混合料中沥青的性质。


  Absen method is used to recover asphalt from petroleum asphalt mixture by rotary evaporator method,extract the asphalt pavement or asphalt mixture solution,and then remove the solvent in the extraction solution.It does not change the properties of the asphalt in the mixture.

  阿布森法沥青回收仪安装步骤:


  ★开箱按装箱单清点,擦洗烘干玻璃器件。安装左侧主机体,右侧水槽箱。将四通球的阳磨口插入机头左侧四氟连接管内,插紧来回动一下使之密和。


  ★将机头右侧的黑色锁紧螺帽拧下,将螺纹玻璃接头的法兰口处套入,然后将黑色锁紧螺帽拧在机头上,要平整拧紧。


  ★收集瓶套在冷凝管的球磨口上,用夹子夹牢。


  ★进出水口用皮管相连。把进水口接在自来水上,把出水口放到下水道里。


  ★将真空泵的抽气口连到冷凝器的真空口,另一个端口连到水浴锅的真空表接口。


  ★将二氧化碳气体连到流量计的一端,然后把流量计的另一端连到进料器口上。


  Installation steps of Absen's Asphalt Recovery Instrument:


  ★Inventory according to the packing list,scrub glass components.Install the left main body and the right water tank.Insert the male grinding mouth of the four-way ball into the PTFE connection tube on the left side of the machine head,and insert it tightly to make it close.


  ★Unscrew the black lock nut on the right side of the machine head,insert the flange mouth of the threaded glass joint,and then screw the black lock nut on the machine head,and tighten it flat.


  ★The collection bottle is placed on the ball mill of the condensation tube and clamped with a clip.


  ★The water inlet and outlet are connected by a leather tube.Connect the water inlet to the tap water and put the water outlet into the sewer.


  ★Connect the suction port of the vacuum pump to the vacuum port of the condenser,and connect the other port to the vacuum meter interface of the water bath.


  Connect the carbon dioxide gas to one end of the flowmeter,and then connect the other end of the flowmeter to the feeder port.


  阿布森法沥青回收仪操作规程:


  准备工作


  ★准备沥青混合料试样,一次用量应预计可获得回收沥青试样80g~120g,不足沥青试验项目需要时可分次回收后混合使用。沥青混合料若是从路上钻取的试样,宜用电风扇吹干水分后再用微波炉或烘箱内加热,使成松散状态,但加热温度不得超过100℃,从开始加热至试样松散的试件不得超过30min。


  ★按本规程规定的方法测定沥青混合料密度及空隙率等各项物理指标。


  ★按本规程方法将沥青混合料用离心法抽提出沥青溶液,至抽提液达澄清透明为止


  ★将全部沥青抽提液分次装入离心管中,用高速离心分离法清除抽提液中的矿粉部分,施加离心力770G以上,离心分离的时间不少于30min。


  ★将干净的抽提液取出一部分置减压过滤器的滤纸上过滤,一边抽气一边向滤纸上加新的三氯乙烯溶液洗净。仔细观察滤纸上还有没有矿粉颗粒,检验高速离心分离法清除矿粉是否干净。如有应重复上述的步骤延长分离时间,直至确认抽提液中没有矿粉为止。


  ★将旋转蒸馏回收装置接妥,接头均应密封,不漏气。


  ★将加热装置的油浴调节至50℃±5℃。


  ★将沥青抽提液全部(约350mL~400mL)装入洁净的1000mL旋转烧瓶中,用少量溶剂清洗后也并入瓶中。


  ★开动真空泵或抽气机,使整个系统形成负压,真空度97.4kPa(719mmHg)以下。


  ★开动旋转烧瓶,在不浸入加热油浴的状态下,以约50r/min的速度旋转5min~10min。


  ★在保持上述速度旋转的状态下,缓慢地将旋转烧瓶底部浸入已达50℃±5℃的油浴中,烧瓶内的溶剂开始蒸发,当冷凝装置冷却的溶液流入溶剂回收烧瓶达到稳定状态后,逐渐增加旋转速度。并增大旋转烧瓶浸入油浴的加热面积,加快蒸馏速度。直至无溶剂汽凝回收时,蒸馏结果,将旋转速度降低至20r/min。


  ★旋转烧瓶继续保持旋转状态,同时将油浴升温,在15min内上升至155℃±2℃,再在此状态下保持15min,然后开放CO2阀门,以1000mL/min的流速通过2min。


  ★关闭CO2阀门,逐渐使旋转瓶内恢复至常压,停止旋转烧瓶旋转,离开油浴,拆开装置。


  ★迅速倒出烧瓶内的残留沥青,进行回收沥青的各项试验。


  ★对回收沥青进行粘度、针入度、软化点、组分分析等各项试验方法与原样沥青的试验方法相同。


  Abson method asphalt recovery instrument operating procedures:


  Ready to work


  ★Prepare asphalt mixture samples.80g~120g of recycled asphalt samples should be obtained at one time.If it is less than that required for the asphalt test project,it can be recycled and used in stages.If the asphalt mixture is a sample drilled from the road,it should be dried with an electric fan and then heated in a microwave oven or an oven to make it loose,but the heating temperature should not exceed 100°C.The pieces must not exceed 30min.


  ★Measure various physical indexes such as density and porosity of asphalt mixture according to the method specified in this regulation.


  ★Asphalt mixture is extracted by centrifugation according to the method of this procedure until the extraction solution is clear and transparent.


  ★Put all the bitumen extraction solution into the centrifugation tube,remove the mineral powder part of the extraction solution by high-speed centrifugal separation method,apply centrifugal force above 770G,and centrifuge for not less than 30min.


  ★Take out a part of the clean extraction solution and place it on the filter paper of the decompression filter,and add a new trichloroethylene solution to the filter paper while pumping.Carefully observe whether there are any mineral powder particles on the filter paper,and check whether the high-speed centrifugation method removes the mineral powder.If necessary,repeat the above steps to extend the separation time until it is confirmed that there is no mineral powder in the extract.


  ★Connect the rotary distillation recovery device,and the joints should be sealed to prevent air leakage.


  ★Adjust the oil bath of the heating device to 50℃±5℃.


  ★Put all the bitumen extraction solution(about 350mL~400mL)into a clean 1000mL rotary flask.After washing with a small amount of solvent,it is incorporated into the bottle.


  ★Operate the vacuum pump or air extractor to make the whole system negative pressure,and the vacuum degree is below 97.4kPa(719mmHg).


  ★Start the rotating flask and rotate it for 5min~10min at a speed of about 50r/min without immersing in the heating oil bath.


  ★While maintaining the above speed,slowly immerse the bottom of the rotating flask in an oil bath that has reached 50°C±5°C.The solvent in the flask begins to evaporate.When the solution cooled by the condensation device flows into the solvent recovery flask and reaches a stable state,And gradually increase the rotation speed.And increase the heating area of the rotary flask immersed in the oil bath to speed up the distillation speed.Until the solvent-free condensation is recovered,as a result of the distillation,the rotation speed is reduced to 20 r/min.


  ★The rotating flask continued to maintain the rotating state,and the oil bath was heated up,and it was raised to 155°C±2°C within 15 minutes,and then maintained in this state for 15 minutes,and then the CO2 valve was opened and passed at a flow rate of 1000 mL/min for 2 minutes.


  ★Close the CO2 valve,gradually return the inside of the rotary bottle to normal pressure,stop the rotary flask from rotating,leave the oil bath,and disassemble the device.


  ★Quickly pour out the residual asphalt in the flask and carry out various tests for recovering the asphalt.


  ★The test methods for viscosity,penetration,softening point,and component analysis of the recovered asphalt are the same as those for the original asphalt.
