　　三、试验过程：

　　♦试验条板的长度尺寸不应小于2m。

　　♦取条板三块为一组样本，按图1所示组装并固定，上下钢管中心间距为板长减去100mm，即（L-100)mm。

　　♦板缝用与板材材质相符的专用砂浆粘结，板与板之间挤紧，接缝处用玻璃纤维布搭接，并用砂浆压实、刮平。

　　Third,the test process

　　♦The length of the test strip should not be less than 2m.

　　♦Take three strips as a set of samples,assemble and fix as shown in Figure 1.The center-to-center spacing of the upper and lower steel tubes is 100mm,which is(L-100)mm.

　　♦The seam of the board is bonded with special mortar which is consistent with the material of the board.The board is tightly squeezed between the board and the joint is covered with glass fiber cloth,and compacted and smoothed with mortar.

　　♦24h后将装有30Kg重，粒径2mm以下细砂的标准砂袋用直径10mm左右的绳子固定在其中心距板面100mm的钢环上，使砂袋垂悬状态时的重心位于L/2高度处（如图2所示）。

　　♦以绳长为半径沿圆弧将砂袋在与板面垂直的平面内拉开，使重心提高500mm（标尺测量）。

　　♦然后自由摆动下落，冲击设定位置，反复5次。

　　♦目测板两面有无贯通裂缝，记录试验结果。

　　♦试验结果仅适用于所测条板长度尺寸以内的条板。

　　♦After 24h,a standard sand bag with a weight of 30Kg and a fine sand of 2mm or less is fixed with a rope with a diameter of about 10mm on a steel ring with a center of 100mm from the plate surface,so that the center of gravity of the sand bag is in the hanging state.2 height(as shown in Figure 2).

　　♦Pull the sand bag along the arc perpendicular to the plane perpendicular to the board surface with the radius of the rope as the radius to increase the center of gravity by 500mm(measurement of the scale).

　　♦Then swing freely to fall,impact the set position,repeat 5 times.

　　♦There are no through cracks on both sides of the visual plate,and the test results are recorded.

　　♦The test results are only applicable to the strips within the length of the strip being tested.
