　　三、仪器结构：

　　★本试验机由底座、箱体立柱、夹头、丝杠、轨道、电子测力系统、位移测量系统等零部件组成。

　　★机械加荷系统由下箱体内减速箱及丝杠组成。

　　★夹头由支架、压板、支柱、轧片、弹簧等主要零件组成，上夹头与测力体相连，通过它所夹持的试件向上运动实现测力传递。

　　四、注意事项：

　　★本试验机整台装箱出厂，安装时应预先打好砼底座，高度应和本机相配，方便操作为宜，也可向本厂订做底柜。本机设置应找水平，否则对拉力数值有影响，本机底部有四个底脚螺栓用以调整水平，接好地线即可使用。

　　★拉力试验机试验完毕后，清理表面，罩好防尘罩。

　　Fourth,matters needing attention:

　　★The whole test machine is packed in a box before leaving the factory.The base of the test machine should be pre-assembled during installation.The height should match the machine,which is convenient for operation.You can also order a base cabinet from the factory.The level of this machine should be set,otherwise it will affect the tension value.There are four foot bolts on the bottom of the machine to adjust the level,and the ground wire can be used.
