  三、产品结构说明:


  本试验机由底座、立柱、导杆、锤和挂钩等组成。


  3.Product structure description:


  This testing machine is composed of a base,a column,a guide rod,a hammer and a hook,etc.


  四、产品操作说明:


  1、将试验机放置平稳,底座下面垫上胶版。


  2、将试验机擦拭干净,立柱及导杆上注入稀油。


  3、松开禁锢螺钉,提起导杆,将锤放在挂钩上,再将间隔钢块放在导杆底部。


  4、将试样放在垫板上,并将间隔钢块的球面部分与试样点接触。


  4.Product operation instructions:


  1.Place the testing machine steadily,with a rubber plate under the base.


  2.Wipe the testing machine clean,and pour thin oil on the column and guide rod.


  3.Loosen the restraining screw,lift up the guide rod,put the hammer on the hook,and put the spacer steel block on the bottom of the guide rod.


  4.Place the sample on the backing plate,and contact the spherical part of the spacer steel block with the sample point.
