　　三，使用方法：

　　♦操作前先将电源接通（红色信号灯两），并把上升下降开关，调整在上升位置，接着用洁净的湿毛巾将稠度筒内部及玻璃板擦净并保持湿润，把玻璃板归整的放在工作台面上。

　　♦通过起落架的圆孔将稠度筒置于玻璃板的正中（即放在同心圆的正中）。

　　♦待石膏稠度试验程序告一段落后按启动按钮于是稠度筒在起落架上以150mm/s的速度垂直上升至上限位停止机械运动为止，取出稠度筒。

　　♦复位时，把上升下降开关调到下降位置，按启动按钮，起落架复位。如复位有误差可借助丝杆的上轴端的矩形槽使丝杆转动从而使起落架复位。

　　♦注意：当用户电源相位与调试时相反时，则回出现丝杆反转，从而出现相反方向的运动。此时，用户可将插座任两相互换，则能正常。

　　Second,use method:

　　♦Turn on the power(two red signal lights)before operation,and adjust the ascending and descending switches to the ascending position.Then wipe the inside of the consistency tube and the glass plate with a clean wet towel and keep it moist.On the work surface.

　　♦Place the consistency tube in the middle of the glass plate(that is,in the middle of the concentric circle)through the round hole of the landing gear.

　　♦After the plaster consistency test procedure is completed,press the start button,so the consistency cylinder rises vertically on the landing gear at a speed of 150mm/s to the upper limit to stop the mechanical movement,and then remove the consistency cylinder.

　　♦When resetting,turn the up and down switch to the down position and press the start button to reset the landing gear.If there is an error in the reset,the screw can be rotated by the rectangular groove on the upper shaft end of the screw to reset the landing gear.

　　♦Note:When the phase of the user's power supply is opposite to that during debugging,the screw reversal will occur,resulting in movement in the opposite direction.At this time,the user can change any two sockets,and it is normal.

　　四、安放：

　　利用底座下四个调平螺栓，用麻绳起吊安放。

　　本仪器应安放在无震源及周围无腐蚀介质的环境中。

　　本仪器应安放在适当高度的平台上，并在安放时注意水泡对中。

　　维护保养：

　　用后清理，抹干净。用罩子罩好。
