  ★结构


  该试验仪由燃烧试验箱、燃烧器、试验支架、调节阀等几部分组成。液化气(丙烷)罐自备


  ★安装


  将底座放入箱体内,固定套、试样架等按图示安装好。将燃烧器放在试样前。燃烧器拉杆从箱体外箱体内拧在燃烧器底座上。将丙烷表与液化气罐连接上,将调节阀与丙烷表的另一端用塑料管连接好,用气动管将调节阀与燃烧器连接起来。

  ★The box of the device is made of stainless steel plate(δ1.5mm),which is beautiful in appearance and clear in line.★It has corrosion resistance and aging resistance.

  ★Structure


  The tester consists of a combustion test chamber,a burner,a test stand,a regulating valve and the like.Liquefied gas(propane)tanks are provided


  ★Installation


  Put the base into the box,fix the sleeve,sample holder,etc.as shown in the figure.Place the burner in front of the specimen.The burner rod is screwed from the outer casing of the casing to the burner base.Connect the propane meter to the liquefied gas tank,connect the regulating valve to the other end of the propane meter with a plastic tube,and connect the regulating valve to the burner with a pneumatic tube.

  ★选用合适的点火定位器,放在燃烧器顶端。


  ★试样放在试样夹内,挂上。


  ★燃烧器接近试样对好位置后,把底板上直尺锁紧定位。


  ★将滤纸放在铝箔制的收集盘内,放在试件下方。


  ★将燃烧器立起,打开调压阀旋钮,用电子点火器在喷嘴上点火,逐渐调节火焰长度至20mm左右,将燃烧器倾斜45度,按照标准要求的距离给试样点火

  ★Use a suitable ignition positioner and place it on top of the burner.


  ★Place the sample in the sample holder and hang it.


  ★After the burner is close to the sample,lock the ruler on the bottom plate.


  ★Place the filter paper in the collection tray made of aluminum foil and place it under the test piece.


  ★Raise the burner,open the pressure regulating valve knob,ignite the nozzle with an electronic igniter,gradually adjust the flame length to about 20mm,tilt the burner 45 degrees,and ignite the sample according to the standard required distance.
