  一、保温材料憎水性测定仪产品简介:


  该仪器主要用于检测珍珠岩、矿物棉、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料等保温隔热制品材料憎水性试验。将试样与水平呈450角放置,试样中间位于喷头下面给定的位置,用一定的流量的水喷淋试样至规定时间,通过测量喷淋前后试样质量的变化,从而计算出试样中未透水部分的体积百分率。


  Product introduction of insulation material hydrophobicity tester:

  二、保温材料憎水性测定仪技术参数:


  1)憎水性测试仪


  a.淋水装置:由金属喷头、玻璃转子流量计及稳压水源组成,中间用橡皮管连接。金属喷头的中间位于试验面的纵向对称面上,并可在试样架上移动。玻璃转子流量计的流量范围为10-100L/h,精度2.5级。


  b.试样架:试样架以450倾角安置在一个可以调节水平的支座上.


  c.金属喷头:喷水面呈凸圆形。其上均布19个Φ0.9mm的孔,当喷头位于图1规定的位置上试验时,试样受淋面积的横向尺寸为148mm。


  2)天平:A小分度值不大于被称质量的0.5%。


  3)干燥箱。


  4)测厚仪:压板压力98Pa,分度值0.1mm


  5)游标卡尺:测量范围0-150mm,分度值0.02mm。


  6)钢直尺:测量范围0-300mm,分度值1mm。

  Second,the technical parameters of the insulation material hydrophobicity tester:


  1)Hydrophobic tester


  a.Water spraying device:It consists of metal nozzle,glass rotor flowmeter and regulated water source,with rubber tube connected in the middle.The middle of the metal nozzle is located on the longitudinal symmetry plane of the test surface and can be moved on the sample holder.The flow range of the glass rotor flowmeter is 10-100L/h,and the accuracy is 2.5 grade.


  b.Sample holder:The sample holder is placed on a horizontally adjustable support at an inclination of 450.


  c.Metal nozzle:the water spray surface is convexly rounded.Nineteen holes with a diameter of 0.9 mm are evenly distributed thereon.When the nozzle is tested at the position specified in FIG.


  2)Balance:A small division value is not more than 0.5%of the weighed mass.


  3)Drying box.


  4)Thickness gauge:pressure plate pressure 98Pa,division value 0.1mm


  5)Vernier caliper:The measuring range is 0-150mm,and the division value is 0.02mm.


  6)Steel ruler:Measuring range is 0-300mm,division value is 1mm.

  三、保温材料憎水性测定仪操作步骤:


  ★将试样放入干燥箱内,在105±50C的温度下干燥至恒重。当试样在此温度下易变形或含有易挥发易变化的组分时,可在60±50C或小于挥发温度5-100C的条件下干燥至恒重。称量试样的质量m1。


  ★测量干燥后试样的尺寸。对板状制品,长度和宽度的测量在试样的正、反两面进行,各测4次,读书**到1mm。软质制品的厚度测量采用测厚仪,硬质制品的厚度测量采用游标卡尺,沿试样长度方向均匀地测3个点,读数**到0.1mm。对管状制品内、外径的测量应在试样的两端进行,各测4处。长度测量两次。读数**到1mm。试样各尺寸的测量结果均取平均值。计算出试样的厚度(或壁厚)及体积。


  ★将试样安放在憎水性侧试仪上(对单面做憎水处理的试样,应分别测其两面的憎水性,对板状制品,应根据试样厚度,调节喷头位置,使其满足图1要求。对管状制品,应使其内表面向下,调节喷头位置,使试样上半部分均匀受淋),调节水流量,使其稳定在1L/min,连续喷淋lh,然后,取下试样,用皱纹纸快速吸取表面水滴,立即称量试样的质量m2。


  Third,the operating steps of the insulation material hydrophobicity analyzer:


  ★Put the sample in a drying box and dry to constant weight at 105±50C.When the sample is easily deformed or contains components that are volatile and changeable at this temperature,it can be dried to constant weight at 60±50C or 5-100C less than the volatilization temperature.Weigh the sample m1.


  ★Measure the size of the sample after drying.For plate-shaped products,the length and width are measured on the front and back sides of the sample,each of which is measured 4 times,and the reading is**to 1 mm.The thickness of soft products is measured by a thickness gauge,and the thickness of hard products is measured by a vernier caliper.Three points are uniformly measured along the length of the sample,and the reading is**to 0.1 mm.The inner and outer diameters of the tubular product shall be measured at both ends of the specimen,each at 4 locations.The length was measured twice.Reading**to 1mm.The measurement results of each size of the sample are averaged.Calculate the thickness(or wall thickness)and volume of the sample.


  ★Place the sample on a water-repellent side tester(for a sample that has been treated with water repellency on one side,the water repellency of both sides should be measured separately.For plate products,the nozzle position should be adjusted according to the thickness of the sample to Meet the requirements of Figure 1.For tubular products,the inner surface should be downward,adjust the position of the spray head,so that the upper part of the sample is evenly sprayed),adjust the water flow to stabilize it at 1L/min,and continuously spray for lh,then Remove the sample,use the crepe paper to quickly absorb the water droplets on the surface,and immediately weigh the sample mass m2.


  四、保温材料憎水性测定仪试样:


  板状制品试样的尺寸为300mm*150mm,厚度为制品的原厚。管状制品试样长300mm,横截面为半环形或扇形,壁厚为制品的原壁厚。制备试样时应尽可能使试样具有代表性,不要从带有折皱或表面破损的部位取样。泡沫塑料制品应去除表皮。


  Fourth,the insulation material hydrophobicity tester sample:
