　　该仪器主要用于检测珍珠岩、矿物棉、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料等保温隔热制品材料憎水性试验。将试样与水平呈450角放置，试样中间位于喷头下面给定的位置，用一定的流量的水喷淋试样至规定时间，通过测量喷淋前后试样质量的变化，从而计算出试样中未透水部分的体积百分率。

　　三、保温材料憎水性测定仪操作步骤：

　　★将试样放入干燥箱内，在105±50C的温度下干燥至恒重。当试样在此温度下易变形或含有易挥发易变化的组分时，可在60±50C或小于挥发温度5-100C的条件下干燥至恒重。称量试样的质量m1。

　　★测量干燥后试样的尺寸。对板状制品，长度和宽度的测量在试样的正、反两面进行，各测4次，读书**到1mm。软质制品的厚度测量采用测厚仪，硬质制品的厚度测量采用游标卡尺，沿试样长度方向均匀地测3个点，读数**到0.1mm。对管状制品内、外径的测量应在试样的两端进行，各测4处。长度测量两次。读数**到1mm。试样各尺寸的测量结果均取平均值。计算出试样的厚度（或壁厚）及体积。

　　★将试样安放在憎水性侧试仪上（对单面做憎水处理的试样，应分别测其两面的憎水性，对板状制品，应根据试样厚度，调节喷头位置，使其满足图1要求。对管状制品，应使其内表面向下，调节喷头位置，使试样上半部分均匀受淋），调节水流量，使其稳定在1L/min，连续喷淋lh，然后，取下试样，用皱纹纸快速吸取表面水滴，立即称量试样的质量m2。

　　Third,the operating steps of the insulation material hydrophobicity analyzer:

　　四、保温材料憎水性测定仪试样：

　　板状制品试样的尺寸为300mm*150mm，厚度为制品的原厚。管状制品试样长300mm，横截面为半环形或扇形，壁厚为制品的原壁厚。制备试样时应尽可能使试样具有代表性，不要从带有折皱或表面破损的部位取样。泡沫塑料制品应去除表皮。
