  试验装置:


  两个隔间被两块玻璃板隔开,每块玻璃板的中心位置都有一个直径为24mm的开口。试样被夹在


  两块玻璃板之间,在开口处形成一个隔膜。当两个隔间中的液体体积分别为115mL和175mL时,两


  个隔间的液面水平线平齐。夹持隔膜的开口应完全浸没在溶液中。

  试样为无金属基体的已固化的方形环氧涂层,尺寸为100mm×100mm,厚度为9.1规定的最小厚度

  试样放置在容器中的两块玻璃板之间,其中心位于玻璃板的开口处。在大隔间注入175mL浓度


  为3mol/L的NaC水溶液,小隔间注入115mL蒸馏水。在23℃±2℃的温度下试验45d后,测量小


  隔间水溶液中的氯离子浓度

  小隔问水溶液中的氯离子浓度应小于1×10mol/L

  The two compartments are separated by two glass panels,each having a 24 mm diameter opening in the center.The sample is clamped


  Between the two glass plates,a diaphragm is formed at the opening.When the volume of liquid in the two compartments is 115mL and 175mL,respectively,


  The level of the liquid level in each compartment is flush.The opening holding the diaphragm should be completely submerged in the solution.


  A.1.2.1.2 A chloride ion meter capable of measuring a chloride ion concentration of less than 1 x 10-4 mol/L.

  The sample is a cured metal epoxy coating with a metal-free matrix measuring 100 mm x 100 mm and a minimum thickness specified in 9.1.

  The sample is placed between two glass plates in the container,the center of which is located at the opening of the glass plate.Inject 175mL concentration into the large compartment


  It was a 3 mol/L aqueous solution of NaC,and 115 mL of distilled water was injected into the small compartment.Small measurement after 45 days at 23°C±2°C
