  抗静态荷载试验仪是**检测仪器,适用于沥青和高分子防水卷材及其它防水卷材经静态荷载穿刺或冲击后其穿透性能的检测。依据GB/T 328.25-2007《建筑防水卷材试验方法第25部分:沥青和高分子防水卷材抗静态荷载》设计制造的。

  抗静态荷载试验仪工作原理:


  在规定的试验时间内,通过穿刺工具,集中荷载在卷材上面,卷材平放在规定软支撑上,试件制备尺寸:550*550±2mm。在卷材整个宽度除边缘100mm处取样,每个荷载条件取3个样。


  Working principle of anti-static load tester:


  Within the specified test time,the puncture tool is used to focus the load on the coil,and the coil is placed on the soft support.Samples were taken at the entire width of the coil except the edge 100mm,and 3 samples were taken under each load condition.


  抗静态荷载试验仪试验方法:


  将试件用钉子固定在框架上,直接放在发泡聚苯乙烯上,上表面朝上,用上框架压紧试件,穿刺工具放在试件中间,试验从5KG开始的每个载荷间隔用3个试件,载荷每次增加5KG,直至穿刺发生,或者直接到A大载荷20KG,每个载荷间隔24H,加荷载小心进行,不能有振动。


  Test method for static load tester


  Fix the test piece to the frame with nails,place it directly on the expanded polystyrene,with the upper surface facing up,press the test piece with the upper frame,place the puncture tool in the middle of the test piece,and test each load interval starting from 5KG With 3 test pieces,the load is increased by 5KG each time until puncturing occurs,or directly to A large load of 20KG,each load interval is 24H,the loading is carried out carefully without vibration.
