  防水卷材抗冲击试验仪适用于沥青和高分子屋面防水卷材冲击穿刺试验。是依据**标准GB/T 328.2007《建筑防水卷材试验方法》第24部分:沥青和高分子防水卷材抗冲击性能而设计的。


  Waterproof membrane impact tester is a testing instrument,suitable for impact puncture test of asphalt and polymer roofing waterproof membrane.It is designed according to**standard GB/T 328.2007"Test methods for building waterproofing membranes"Part 24:Impact resistance of asphalt and polymer waterproofing membranes.

  防水卷材抗冲击试验仪试验步骤:


  ★从卷材宽度方向距边缘100mm外裁取至少约300mm的10个试件,试件在规定的条件下至少放置24h。


  ★试验在(23±2)℃进行,必要时采用(-10±2)℃。对后面的条件,试件冷冻至(-10±2)℃。当试件从冷冻箱取出,在室温下应在10s内试验。


  ★每次试验采用新的试件和新的聚苯乙烯板。4、试件平放在绝热材料上,上表面朝上,并用压环压住,聚苯乙烯板放在混凝土基础的不锈钢板上。


  ★落锤当释放时,能从距试件上表面垂直高度(600±5)mm的位置自由下落。


  ★穿刺工具应冲击压环下试件的**。


  ★试验验开始用10mm直径的穿刺工具进行,当试件被穿刺后,用更大直径的,如此一直到40mm直径的穿刺工具。


  ★检查试件是否被击穿,用肥皂溶液涂冲击区域的表面,隔5min-10min试验。对冲击区域用真空或加压的方法产生15KPa的压差,上表面在低压力的一面。若60s后未观测到空气气泡,认为试件无渗漏和穿孔。


  ★抗冲击用穿刺工具的直径表示,防水卷材5个试件中至少有4个试件无渗漏。


  Test steps of waterproof coil impact tester:


  ★Take at least about 300mm of 10 test pieces from the width of the coil 100mm away from the edge,and place the test pieces for at least 24h under the specified conditions.


  ★The test is carried out at(23±2)℃,and(-10±2)℃is used if necessary.For the latter conditions,the specimens were frozen to(-10±2)°C.When the test piece is removed from the freezer,the test should be performed within 10s at room temperature.


  ★New test pieces and new polystyrene boards are used for each test.4.The test piece is laid flat on the heat-insulating material with the upper surface facing up and pressed with a pressure ring.The polystyrene plate is placed on the concrete-based stainless steel plate.


  ★When the drop hammer is released,it can fall freely from the position of vertical height(600±5)mm from the upper surface of the test piece.


  ★The puncture tool should impact the test piece under the pressure ring**.


  ★The test is started with a 10mm diameter puncture tool.When the test piece is punctured,use a larger diameter puncture tool so that it reaches 40mm diameter.


  ★Check whether the test piece is punctured.Coat the surface of the impact area with soap solution,and test every 5-10 minutes.A vacuum or pressure method is used to generate a pressure difference of 15KPa for the impact area,and the upper surface is on the low pressure side.If no air bubbles are observed after 60 seconds,the test piece is considered to have no leakage or perforation.


  ★The diameter of the impact-resistant puncture tool indicates that at least 4 of the 5 test pieces of the waterproof membrane have no leakage.
